What happened during the Rethinking tourism B2B event?

Organized by Croatian Chamber of Economy – Zadar County Chamber in the framework of MISTRAL, an international online B2B event called "Rethinking Tourims B2B event" was held on October 7 and 8. During the two-day event, registered participants had the opportunity to participate in inspirational webinars as well as schedule B2B meetings with other event participants. The event, which was aimed at all companies from the tourism sector as well as those doing business with the tourism sector, brought together 314 participants from 20 countries including the US, Canada, American Samoa, Australia, the Philippines and India. Other participants were from European countries: Italy, Spain, Portugal, Germany, the Czech Republic, Great Britain, France, Albania, Greece, Slovenia, Montenegro, Serbia, Northern Macedonia and Croatia.

In the morning hours of this two-day event, six webinars were held, and the lecturers were Croatian and foreign tourism experts. The webinar was followed by B2B meetings that could be scheduled directly through the event platform. In total 81 B2B meetings were held over two days. Participants had the opportunity to communicate via direct message with other participants and thus arrange meetings at other times using other available tools.
